Canadian and International Reach

While we are based in Toronto, Canada, we regularly act as Ontario counsel to inter-provincial, national, and international matters and transactions, and are often asked to act as lead counsel on Canadian based matters requiring us to retain and manage local counsel across the country or outside of Canada, on behalf of our clients.

In addition, we realize that our clients may have legal needs that extend beyond the Ontario border. In order to better serve the needs of this clientele, we are members of both Mackrell International, a global network with over 80 member firms in more than 50 countries, and Legus International with over 70 member firms in more than 35 countries. Both networks are by invitation only, ensuring the highest quality advice and service. Through these partnerships, we are able to provide seamless legal services to our clients in nearly any jurisdiction throughout the world.
