Macdonald Sager welcomes Michael Cappabianca to our Banking & Financial Services and Corporate Commercial groups
Macdonald Sager is pleased to welcome back Michael Cappabianca who articled with the firm and has now joined as an associate in our Banking & Financial Services and Corporate Commercial groups.
Michael practices broadly in the Corporate & Commercial Group with a particular focus in secured lending, commercial real estate and corporate transactions. Michael joined the firm in 2019 as a summer student, completed his articles in 2020-2021, and returned to the firm as an associate in 2021.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys all fitness-related activities and regularly plays hockey and golf. Michael also has a rare and unique talent of quoting lines from just about any Martin Scorsese film.
