Macdonald Sager welcomes Brian Benford to our Banking & Financial Services and Corporate Commercial groups
Macdonald Sager is pleased to welcome Brian Benford who has joined the firm as an Associate in our Banking & Financial Services and Corporate Commercial groups.
Brian practices broadly with a particular focus on financial services. He works closely with colleagues acting for a number of banks, credit unions, private lenders and corporate borrowers on a variety of commercial financing transactions.
Prior to joining the firm Brian summered and articled with a mid-sized full-service Toronto firm where he was actively involved with secured lending and general corporate matters including M&A transactions.
Outside of the office Brian channelled his love for sports into a love for fitness and health. He spends most of his free time at the gym and experiencing the outdoors.
