Valerie Baldassare is the Director of Operations at Macdonald Sager.
She is responsible for operational strategy, implementation, human resources and talent management, planning and growth, and day-to-day operations of the firm. Leveraging her extensive administrative and leadership experience, Valerie is responsible for managing all aspects of Macdonald Sager’s practices, procedures and administrative team members.
Valerie is a results-driven change strategist with more than 20 years of experience working in various leadership roles within professional services. She has a demonstrated ability to unite people and transform corporate cultures to achieve desired business goals and objectives.
Valerie is a long-time and active member of the Toronto Law Office Management Association (TLOMA). She is fully fluent in both English and French. When not at the office, Valerie can be found spending time with her family or planning her next overseas adventure.
