Bio
Olivia is an associate lawyer in the Banking and Financial Services Group at Macdonald Sager LLP with a particular focus on secured lending.
Olivia acts for a number of banks, credit unions, private lenders and corporate borrowers on a variety of commercial financing transactions. Prior to joining Macdonald Sager, Olivia practiced in the area of Real Estate, Corporate Law and Wills & Estates. Olivia was called to the Ontario Bar in 2021.
Olivia obtained her LL.B from City, University of London and her LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, she was a member of the Canadian American Law Society and served as a mentor to first year law students.
When away from the office, Olivia enjoys traveling, checking out the Toronto food scene and spending time with friends and family.
