Marni provides personal legal services including estate planning and administration, drafting and giving opinions on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, corporate reorganizations associated with estate planning, personal income tax advice, administration of estates, and establishing, organizing and carrying out ongoing work for charitable and non-profit corporations.
Marni joined Macdonald Sager in 2014 after practising with a large Toronto firm for thirty years. She is the author of two chapters of Widdifield on Executors and Trustees, 6th edition, and has been the Editor-in-chief of the Estates Trusts & Pensions Journal since 2005. Marni has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada from 2011 to present in Trusts and Estates Law, and has been repeatedly recommended in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in the area of Estate & Personal Tax Planning - Estate Litigation.
When Marni is not practising law, she is often travelling or going to the movies.
