Harman Bath is currently a student-at-law with the firm. His work spans broadly between Real Estate Financing, Corporate Finance, Residential Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as, general corporate and commercial law.

He is part of the inaugural class at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, where he founded the South Asian Law Students Association and further served as a TA (Coding Intensive), Lincoln Scholar (Indigenous and Aboriginal Law), Student Mentor, Researcher on the Harold G. Fox IP Moot Team, the Chief Returning Officers for the Access to Justice Club (the predecessor to the Pro-Bono Students Canada chapter at Lincoln Law), inter alia.

Harman was a 1L and 2L summer student with the firm. He later continued as an IPC Placement Student as well.

In his free time Harman enjoys golfing, working out, gaming, spending time with his family, and giving back to his community.
