Bio
Emal Faiz is an associate lawyer in the Commercial & Residential Real Estate Group at Macdonald Sager LLP.
Emal works closely with the Commercial & Residential Real Estate Group at MSM on a variety of residential and commercial financing transactions, always striving to provide quality advice in a timely and cost-efficient manner to clients.
Emal obtained his Bachelor of Law/Juris Doctor from the University of Southampton in 2017 and received his National Committee of Accreditation Certificate from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2019. He was called to the Ontario bar in May of 2020.
Prior to joining the team at MSM, Emal articled and then practised in a litigation/real estate law boutique firm where he oversaw all corporate and commercial real estate transactions.
In his free time, Emal enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, watching documentaries and playing volleyball.
