Brock Withey

Bio

Brock is an associate in the Corporate Commercial group at Macdonald Sager LLP with a particular focus on corporate law.

Brock joined the firm as an associate in 2023, after completing his articles at a full-service firm in Kingston Ontario. Brock obtained his J.D. from the dual law program offered by the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to law school, he graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts Honours with a specialization in business law.

Brock acts for a number of corporate clients in the private sector as well as not-for-profit corporations through incorporation to dissolution. He has managed the transition for not-for-profit corporations under the new Ontario Not-for-profit Corporations Act and has experience with share/asset transactions and corporate governance.

When out of the office, Brock enjoys spending his time on a golf course or up at the cottage with family and friends.
